EFT and Horses is a unique experiential workshop open to healing practitioners, and those interested in working with EFT to help others.
On Friday evening, Sept. 24, we'll hold an introduction to EFT class, specifically to demonstrate EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique, for both people and animals. (This Friday class is optional for those trained in EFT and is highly recommended for those who are not yet proficient with EFT meridian tapping. )
Program Specifics
We will begin our weekend at Epona Ridge with Lillian Fimbres and Jondi Whitis who will present selected meridian tapping techniques of EFT and Qigong to use with people and horses, in several different ways: surrogate or distant healing tapping, and energy projection, and hands-on tapping.
Whether your goal is to deepen your EFT practice, learn to work with your own animals or to help heal rescue or abused animals, the weekend will open you to new possibilities and levels of healing and confidence.
Every participant will come away empowered with the ability to make a difference in their own emotional well-being and physical health, as well as that of our magnificent equine friends.
EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE (EFT) is a warm, empowering healing practice. Using no special equipment or medications, this painless, easily-learned technique can release physical and emotional pain or trauma, noted for its distinctive characteristic of tapping lightly upon acupuncture meridians with fingertips instead of needles.
Meridian points were discovered by the Chinese approximately 5,000 years ago and EFT stands on the shoulders of this tradition, modernizing and simplifying its findings into an easily learned basic protocol.
While not a substitute for responsible judgment or sound medical treatment, it often works where nothing else will, and puts healing knowledge and capability back into our own hands. Like many energy healing practices, EFT acknowledges and affirms we all carry within us the tools for healing our body, mind and soul.
