The Epona Ridge Mentorship is designed to bring focus to your life's work and to support you on a deeper and richer journey, the life long journey of listening within. This is a multi month intensive program of Equine Facilitated Experiential Learning (EFEL) where each individual is supported to align both personally and professionally. The mentorship provides EFEL guidance and training with a mix of inspiration and grounded business application, providing a basis for a solid foundation to unfold.
Whether you are looking for a deeper and on-going experience of the EFEL work, want to start a new business or already have a well developed skill and focus and want the coaching and support to move to the next level, this intensive brings innovation and inspiration into your life and practice.
You will begin your journey learning the skills in the subtle art of human and equine facilitation, including the sacred work of holding space for another being. We will focus on following your hearts calling with personal and professional dynamics and skills for a life in balance, including general business skills and advanced personal development. There will also be an emphasis on the health and wellbeing of your team with a focus on building authentic community and basic herd management with heart. Independent learning in your chosen field will be integrated into your curriculum. The comprehensive program offers three (6-day) intensives, teleconference call support, and 6 hours of personal consultation with Barbara. During your training you will design, market and facilitate an individual workshop in your chosen field prior to program completion. Following the eight month curriculum, you will also have three months of follow up coaching support bi-monthly.
Optional add-ons will be offered for additional training based on an individual basis for those that want to incorporate life-coach certification, Reiki certification and/or Continuing Education CEU credit for nurses and therapists. We will also be offering more advanced Equine Facilitated Experiential Learning as well as personal business support.
